Your portrait order includes a high-resolution digital file, delivered by email after approval. Prints and gifts are purchased separately. You can order them as soon as you place your portrait order, even before the artwork is approved or finished. We begin printing once your final artwork is approved.

Choose clear, well-lit photos with the face visible and in focus. You can upload multiple reference photos and add notes for your artist. For a couples portrait, separate photos of each person work too.
