Our team of artists work as fast as they can but sometimes we're very busy. We aim to get your hand-drawn portrait out to you in 5-10 business days. Be sure to order in advance for peak seasons. 

*Please be aware that the demand for portrait creations during peak holiday seasons (ie. Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.) is extremely high. Please allow some additional time for processing. We are working as fast as possible to get you the artwork that you deserve without compromising quality.

All prices on our store are in US currency.

Once your portrait has been approved, you will receive a final high quality version of your artwork through an email link. You will also be sent information via email on how to order personalized prints directly from us. You can browse some of our selected print items by visiting here.

Our artists are incredibly talented and always do an amazing job. However, sometimes working from a photo we miss the essence of the person and are always ready to make revisions until you are 100% happy with your portrait.

Yes, absolutely. Print at home or at any print store of your choosing. Or, we can do it for you by visiting here.

The more photos the better! Just make sure you’re clear about how you’d like your illustration drawn in the picture description and leave the rest up to us 

The better quality the photo, the easier it will be for our artists to get a more accurate illustration of you. But do not worry, we will let you know if we are having any issues.

All digital portrait orders sales are final. Due to the customization, once a customized character portrait  order is placed, returns cannot be granted.

No problem, just drop us an email and we can discuss large jobs.

Not at all! Go ahead and send us individual pictures of the people/pets that you would like included in the portrait and we will do the rest.

Absolutely! Our talented artists will fill in the missing elements of your photo to ensure your portrait is perfect!

Step 1: You submit your order by selecting the number of people you want included in your portrait, your chosen background and uploaded refrence photos.

Step 2: After our artists create your personalized portrait, you will receive an email link to view your proof of the design.

We understand your desire to see the image before making a purchase. However, our process involves creating a custom illustration based on your photos, which requires significant time and effort from our artists. As such, we do not offer previews before payment.

5. Final Approval: Once you approve the proof, you can choose to order prints or other products with the final image.
